First round: get it through OCR, two vs. one on campus interview, typical behavioral questions. Interviewers were two VPs from the same division, overall a very friendly interview process.

Final round: 5 interviews back to back, each interviewer was tasked to test different aspects of your credentials. Be prepared to answer brain teasers and technical questions. Most common question is about how you overcome failures, it's quite understandable given AIG's own experience. In a nutshell, the firm likes people who show entrepreneurial traits and have strong ability to learn from mistakes.
