Intern

The interview process was fairly straightforward. I saw an internship listing located on my school's recruiting platform. After applying (resume, cover letter, and unofficial transcript), I was invited into the office for a series of interviews. While there, I had three interviews and one skills test. The interviews were pretty straightforward (basic technical and behavioral questions). The people interviewing me seemed more interested in my willingness to do the work and general background than if I could answer complex tax accounting questions. The skills test was centered around basic proficiency using Microsoft office (Powerpoint and Excel). Overall, the interviews lasted for about three hours. Finally, a few days after the interview, they contacted me to extend an offer.
