Interview
I applied through my university's co-op program website and was asked to conduct a phone screening interview for the first round. The phone call was very casual and I really enjoyed the conversation with one of the analysts there. Most of the phone call was walking through my resume, talking about some of the deals they've done, and the M&A tech market. My in-person interview was roughly the same with the same analyst and an associate who ran me through some accounting technicals and talking about some of the responsibilities of a spring analyst.
Interview Questions
The most difficult part was talking about my thoughts/opinions on where tech was going and how M&A plays into that

Interview
Applied through generic Darthmouth Partners process (ie no CL, CV submission), arranged a Phone Interview
Interview Questions
No surprising questions, very generic behavioural and competency questions. Only somewhat difficult question was regarding a recent deal by Alantra (I talked about a take private deal).
No technicals in first round PI.
The interviewer was very unreceptive to answers, and gave a "yes" or "okay" to each answer, and did nto try to engage at all. Seemed completely uninterested.
