First one: Accounting: Brainteaser about CAGR, Small case about buying an asset with debt and walking through three statements over the years; Consolidation methods
Second one: Valuation: Walk through major valuation methods, IFRS 16, Calculating EBITDA-margin out of EBITDA and Sales multiple
Final one: M&A process (very detailed); What would you put on a one pager / company profile.
