Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st year associate reached out to me to do an interview, interview consisted of mainly behavioral questions focused on understanding your previous roles and internships. The interviewer did not seem interested in getting to know you as a person and the firm seems to have a very sweaty culture. Technicals were very simple, basic EV questions and valuation questions.
