Mentorship Program

First, you need to pass a logical test after your resume gets approved. Afterwards, there are 2 rounds of interviews. The first one is very general, with behavioral and "why us?" types of simple questions. The 2nd round (aka the final round) was a case study where we had to create an airline business for college students. They give you the materials and an entire week to create a presentation, and then they ask you questions based off of your presentation.
