Phone Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

I came from a non-target. You will conduct two rounds of 30 min phone interviews with different Managers within their Finance division.. Should you move on, you will go to their Headquarters near downtown for your superday. Since these are two different people interviewing you within a one hour time frame, you will be asked your story twice.
