Very organized, 2-stage interview process. First round was a phone call, and final round was an on-site superday. They had several one-on-one interviews during the final round, and they were extremely prompt about getting back to me. The questions themselves were a broad mix of finance, programming, math, and statistics. AQR is interested in knowing exactly where your strengths and weaknesses lie, so that they may get to know you better and place you in a more appropriate team.
