A recruiter sent me the application link through Handshake. I applied and was invited for a first-round Zoom interview about a week after I submitted my application. The interview was about 25 minutes with an Associate on the team and entirely behavioral questions. Background check, resume-grill, and standard questions, i.e "Why Ares and AWMS". I have my second round interview next week, and it is more technical, but still a mix of behavioral as well. Final round super day is 3 interviews, back-to-back, in person.
