1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with a brief phone call with Talent representative. Behavioral screening and making sure candidate is interested and committed. Then went on to a 1 on 1 with a team member. Focused on mainly fit for the job and behavioral rather than technical. After this there is a final round 1 on 1 with a senior team member. This had technical questions, but nothing too difficult. Still seemed like they were more focused on candidate fit, interest, and firm knowledge over technical skills.
