1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I cold applied with no referral and landed a 1st round zoom interview with an associate on the team. After that I had 2 more rounds of zoom interviews with higher ups who were leading the recruiting process. I then had a superday in NY. All interviews were behavioral and focused on understanding who you are and if you would fit in with the team/culture. Focus on understanding what the team does for Ares, and your your background/experience align with that. Also you need to be able to pitch your "Why Me." I got asked that 2 or 3 times.
