Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was referred to the company through a recruiter who put me in touch with a VP who conducted the initial phone screen. Then moved to a number of in-person interviews across two different days. VP-level interviews the first day, then partner/MD interviews the second day.
Everyone was exceptionally friendly and accommodating and it felt even while I was not an employee that they take care of everyone they come in contact with.
