Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Went to a diversity program in the spring, stayed connected for another event in the summer, submitted resume through recruiter in early August as part of accelerated timeline. Then had a 2 back-to-back phone interview.s First one was 30 minutes with recruiter about fit, second was also 30 minutes with a Senior Associate. The second one was a case interview testing how you would think about a business.
