1st Year Consultant

I applied online for this position and got a call back from their office about 2-3 weeks later to schedule an appointment for an interview. During the first day, there was a company presentation given by a Partner followed by interviews with 3 different Case Team Leaders of 1 hour each. The first one of these was more focused on CV/"soft" questions, the ones after had only very short CV components and consisted mostly of relatively standard case studies.

After the interviews we were taken to the lunch room and given some food, so we could talk to some 1st and 2nd year analysts while the decisions were made. The atmosphere overall was great, everybody was really nice and willing to answer our questions (this includes both the analysts and the interviewers). Feedback on the process was given immediately in person at the end of day. I advanced to the next round and had two more individual interviews with partners set up with more case interviews. There were no group interviews, written cases, IQ tests or anything fancy like that.
