Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first went to an info-session on campus. The info-session split time talking both about the firm's reputation and its culture, which I appreciated. Roughly 10-15 consultants attended, which made it easier to network. I then submitted my application, and found out within 3-4 days that I received a first-round interview. This consisted of two one-on-one interviews centered on case questions.
