What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through on-campus career center and was selected for a first round interview. First rounds consisted of two 30-minute case interviews.
Was passed through to second rounds, which took place in the Chicago office the following week. Second rounds consisted of 4 30-minute interviews, three of which were case interviews with senior partners in the office, and the fourth which was a fit interview with a Manager. The case interviews in second rounds were more difficult but also presented the opportunity for differentiation.
Heard back about my offer about 1-2 weeks after final rounds
