Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I started networking the summer before senior year while I was interning (completely different industry) in NYC. The alum I met referred me to the campus recruiting team and I was invited to a coffee chat with one of the AC's. I also went to various information sessions, after which I continued to network with consultants of various levels (mostly AC's or SAC's). Many people got the on-campus first round invitation, and then only a small portion of that was invited to the on-site second (and final) round. Before the first round, you get paired with an AC for a mock which has no impact on your standing as a candidate. For my first round, I met with two consultants (upper level) who each gave me some behavioral (1-2 q's) and a case. They were tired but very nice and were willing to help me out preparing for the second round. I flew to Dallas for my second round, where I met with more upper level consultants at the office.
