Applied through OCR and got an interview. First round consisted of 2 short interviews - each began with some fit questions but quickly led to a case. The interviewers asked helpful questions as I worked my way through the cases. Felt good but not great afterward. Learned later that day that I made it to the final round, which was scheduled for the next day. The final round consisted of two longer cases, (preceded by some fit questions), both with more senior-level people at Bain. The cases were a bit more complex, and a bit more difficult. One involved a wood building products company and thinking about how many new houses are built each year and thus how much wood products production needs to increase.
Found out a week later via a phone call that I did not get an offer. Overall, though, it was a good experience. All of my interviewers were friendly and sharp, and the cases were interesting to break down.
