Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process consists of 3 rounds with 2 interviews each. First round is composed of interviews with senior consultants/case team leaders, second round with managers/principals and last round with partners. All interviews are case-based, meaning you will have to guide your interviewer through the problem-solving process, explaining assumptions and validating conclusions. First two rounds are data intensive, last round is focused on fit with the enterprise
