I initially reached out to them sophomore year, and built a relationship with recruiters from there. I interviewed for an internship and did not receive an offer, but I think my interest and communication over the years helped. There were essentially three rounds - 1. an initial resume screen, 2. first round interviews on-campus, 3. final round interviews in the office. Both interview rounds were full-on case, with multiple cases per round. Overall great office, typical Bain culture. Slightly longer hours than in some offices due to industry focus.
