Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied via the homepage and was invited to interview for a first round via video conferencing. There were two interviews: The first one was solely Fit and a Estimation Question. The second one was a real life case study.
The estimation question and the case were both not very data heavy but more interested to see how I think about things. Due to technical difficulties I found it hard to use the data provided by them but I don't think it made much difference.
