What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
In the first round, I had 2x 40-minute interviewee-led case interviews, there were no behavioural questions but there was time for me to ask questions at the end. In the second round I had 3x 40-minute interviews, one was an interviewee-led case with a VP, the other was an interviewee-led case with a senior manager and the third was a behavioural interview with a partner. At the end of each of the 3 final round interviewers, I also had time to ask questions.
