What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was in two big segments: first, Online Test, and second Interviews.
The Online test had the usual suspects: Quantitative, Verbal, Situational Judgement, and Behavioural. It is not really time limited, but they do measure how long you take (still unsure what this is used for).
Second part was the interviews, set in 2 rounds (with only 1 week apart, and all online via Zoom):
- Round 1: 1x market sizing only interview, 1x full case interview, and 1x full behavioural interview (with either examples form you or hypotheticals).
- Round 2: 3x case interviews with some questions, although it was minimal. Only my last interview with the Partner had more questions on my background.
