Please describe the interview / hiring process.
PhD applicant, resume got through the fast track (no pre-screening like digital one-way or writing cases). First round: two interviews from manager and senior manager, didn't use case problem, but talked about two real cases they dealt with in the past (or currently), ~1hr for each talk. Final round: talked to the partner for 40 mins, still didn't do a case book type of problem, but checked my understanding to the retail business through discussion.
