What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two rounds with two interviewers each. First round lasted 1 hour and second round lasted 1.5 hour. Very basic behavioral questions for first round (tell me about yourself, why Bain). More extensive behavioral section for second round (lasted 15 minutes per interviewer). Second round was done remotely with the New York office and both interviewers were senior managers, not partners.
