Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went to a target school so bain recruiters and consultants were on campus at my school and hosted several info sessions and did on campus interviews. Interviews consisted of 2-30 minute case/behavioral interviews during my sophomore spring. The case was easy and we spent most time just chatting. Was more about fit and talking through why you would want to work there.
