1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

It was a smooth interview! Two back to back 30-minute interviews with a partner and associate partner. First 20 minutes were case questions (market sizing/profitability) and last 10 were simple behaviorals like why bain why boston why consulting. Overall I did well with pretty light prep and interviewers were super nice!
