Standard on-campus recruiting; accelerated because this is a full-time gig so the internship romancing is over and it's pretty transactional. Very light networking, and attending a fairly big event, were about all that was necessary to get an interview (I attend a top target).

The interview is very straightforward and transactional. It was two cases, 45 min each. Anything outside the case is purely just to warm up; this is a standardized process. One interviewer transitioned by saying "well, you know the drill." The only idiosyncratic part was that one of the "exhibits" was a handwritten table.

Overall they were the most friendly of the MBB, so that part of their reputation held up. They behaved well, but I discovered a little too late that consulting just isn't for me, and vice versa.
