First round interview in their office (new location, its really great). Clearly there were a lot of other people applying.
First interview was a pretty standard market sizing problem (what is the revenue of a 2 day music festival), then a why Bain stream of questions.
Second interview was a case study. Nothing out of the ordinary, but it is with a manager, and this interview is the one that really counts. Important thing is to be very structured, and to listen to probes.
