It was 3 year analyst position.

At first I was invited to take a standartized test (on paper without use of calculator). After succesfully passing this stage I was invited to interview with a Consultant (MBA) and an Engagement manager.
My first interview was bad. I have been given a case in Marketing and goods positioning about of one of cosmetics chains. I am generally weak in marketing and to lesser extend not interested in cosmetics. During the case I was asked how would I use different cosmetics samples to tice consumers to buy smth at store - I had no idea about that. It feels that this interview was the reason was I was denied.
My second interview with the engagement managers was much better - he gave me few general cases (one about strating up a dog walk service in Moscow and second one about an airline company) and it seems I did them OK.
So, if you want to succeed go and prepare for interviews much in advance. GO and read as many cases as you can, so that you be prepared for unusual things like marketing and cosmetics.
