Management Consultant

Called me for a phone interview and did a standard case interview. Reviewer was fine I just messed it up. I will say that I was invited to Bain's location before that time for a dinner that was really enjoyable. All of the people seemed fantastic and I was sad that I messed up the interview. From chatting with employees, I would say that everyone at Bain seems to work long hours, but they enjoy their work enough that it doesn't seem like a big deal to them. Culture seems *really* important to the company.
