1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I only got a first round interview and did not make it to second round. The first round interview consisted of 2 30 min interviews in which I was given a case in both scenarios. One of the cases required me to estimate the market size, the other was more of a brainstorming case where I had to come up with ideas of how to segment a market. One of the interviewers was very casual and friendly, the other was more strict and not as forthcoming. Initial communications with the company included coffee chats, company presentations etc. and everyone I met with was extremely friendly and personable. They have a culture that seemed to stand out from other consulting firms.
