What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round is two 1-1 interviews that are purely case interviews. 2nd round is a mix of case and behavioral. Cases were slightly tougher than BCG and McK but nothing incredibly difficult. Be prepared to chat and be relaxed (easier said than done), most of the interviewers were laid back and not looking for ways to trip you up.
