Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First "informal" and "non-evaluative" meetings with consultants at the firm. No matter what they say, every step of the process is evaluative. Had two cases, one a marketing sizing question and the other a revenue maximization question. Neither of the interviewers seemed interested in speaking about anything other than the case which was very off putting and why I decided to eliminate Bain and consider my VC and PE offers instead.
