Off-Cycle Intern

Initial communication was an Email invite. There was a total of 2 interviews. First round is a 1 hour video interview which consists of standard ECM questions (capital increases, rights issues, IPOS, etc), CV questions and a short powerpoint test. You will talk with an Analyst and an Associate. Personal fit is highly important for the team. The 2nd round consists of a discussion with a VP going through your CV and asking you questions about the market. Overall a quick hiring process.
