Online assessment (Plum), if you pass this round you will receive the video interview link. I applied for a bilingual position so first 3 questions were in Japanese, and the last 3 questions were in English. Then there's a job shadowing/job roleplaying round, and if you pass that round there's a manager interview round. Questions were mostly about why Bloomberg & why this industry. And the final round was 1 on 1 interview with the APAC hiring manager. The final interview was about an hour and questions were about previous experience.

The person called me after I selected a time slot, asked me basic questions on how to handle customer requests, etc.
However, I feel like people working at Bloomberg are very entitled and stubborn, the recruiter would repeat to me 10 times that they have the "most sustainable building in the world" when I asked if WFH was a thing (Don't see the link but ok).
