Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with an "pre-interview networking dinner" where all the candidates (7) had a 3-course meal with the 2 interviewers. They are very extraverted and outgoing. One is a prop trader, the other does more theoretical work. The real interview is the next day. It started with a 10-minute behavior interview (or even less than 10 mins) then a case interview (around 30 mins if memory serves) The case interview is about oil and gas industry. Not very long but not easy either.
