Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone screen, then a two on one interview with trader/analyst. 30-45 min behavioral followed by a pretty straightforward case. You don't need a energy background to do it, but should have a basic understanding of commodities and supply/demand. Basic arbitrage questions, discuss what you think will happen to a market, etc.
