There's 2 sections. First one is a test/case study with 3 parts. Don't rly need to know anything in advance but just make sure you read the question fully lol. They give like 7 minutes of prep time before you answer so try to write out the answer first before telling the interviewer your answer. Like the answer is not written, you have to discuss with the interviewer. 2nd part of the interview is asking your motivation for applying. They'll ask like what do you know about bp, what you know about supply and trading etc
