I applied over the summer and got a call back about my application in December. For the first phone call they just asked what group I wanted to work in and why. Then they scheduled me a phone interview with 2 managers in that group. The hardest question I received was "How would you set up an arbitrage trade?". Also, make sure you have a solid understanding of major refineries and pipelines.Other than that, it was mostly fit and theoretical questions. It is a really smooth process and HR is very helpful in helping you to prepare for the interviews. It is worth noting that you will have to pass a Hair Test if you accept the offer.
