Trader Development Program

First recorded interview using Hirevue. Asked "Why energy?", "Why BP?", "What are your career goals?". Second interview with Hirevue which asked some basic behavioral questions about group work and how you reacted to challenging situations. Eventually invited to Chicago where they had dinner the night before and then the next day, a group case study, simple individual case study (supply and demand for natural gas and a power pricing exercise). We had lunch with some of the people in the program and then had a a packet of different charts related to the oil market that we had to write down our thoughts on (if hurricane hits this part of the gulf, what does that do to supply of oil/gas) and then explain our thoughts to an interviewer (they'd then ask what trade would you place in that situation). Last two parts were two simple trading simulations.

Pretty good experience; my interviewer for my individual case study, however, was very irritated because they pulled him off the trade floor out of the blue to do the interview which didn't help.
