Started out applying with a recruiter for an unknown position at a hedge fund. The recruiter emailed me a few days later and said it was Bwater. She warned me about the culture and asked if I wanted to proceed, which I did. I had to complete a number of online personality tests and case studies before she could submit my application. I had an in-person group interview that lasted an entire day and consisted of a case study, watching "culture videos," a group debate, and a two-on-one interview. After a number of people were eliminated, I was chosen for a one-on-one interview. I had another day of interviews a few weeks later.

I would recommend reading Dalio's *Principles* and understanding how they work and how they play into the logical decision process (inductive and deductive, evidence, believability). This will impact how you do on the case study and debate and it all hinges on how well you follow the Principles. You must be able to handle some criticism and pressure because they will try to see how you do under stress and the degree to which ego stands in the way of your self awareness.
