Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It started with a phone screen from HR. Pretty straightforward, fit-based questions. This led to a full-day on-sight. We got in around 9am. The interview process started with a one minute multiplication quiz that involved doing multiplication mental math. That was followed by a 15 minute IQ test. After that, we had a couple of case studies that involved using Excel and buying and selling an item and earning a spread. Finally, there was a fit interview where I had to talk about a time I had failed.
