Finance Intern, FinOPS Infrastructure

The hiring process for this position was pretty straightforward thanks mostly due to the simple recruitment system at my university's co-op office. Initial communications were pretty standard and I received an invite for an interview quickly after applying. There were no technical questions in the interview. The interviewers asked about my previous experience, and why I am interested in working for Brookfield. Why Infrastructure? Simple situational questions such as "Explain a time when you failed and couldn't go to a supervisor about it, what did you do?". The interviewees were recent grads (1-2 years post-grad) from my university which made the interview more laid back and more like a conversation. Overall the interview experience was good and as long as you know about the organization, the role and the team you are applying to be a part of then you have a solid chance receiving an offer.
