It goes pretty well. Two rounds of case interviews (similar to Bain's consulting interviews but focused a lot on break-even). The cases are on a variety of different topics/industries. The first round is relatively easy but the second round required a lot of logical thinking and critical thinking.
Interview Questions
The difficult questions are all about cases.

Started off with a skills test with some basic business math. next stage was a 20 question and 3 hour long excel test to basically weed out people who had never used excel at an intermediate level. Last stage was a superday consisting of 2 consulting style cases and one product interview. product interview was easy: basically was just asking what I would do to improve a company's product.

Started with a virtual presentation from the recruiting team informing us of an upcoming first-round mini-case interview and providing an information session regarding the process of a case interview through an example case. The case was very similar to the example, with a focus on quantitative analysis, as the use of a calculator is permitted.

First I did a job fit test, then I got a first round interview. It was a "mini case" - super easy compared to MBB. Then immediately after I got a power day. That was One job fit interview, one case, and one behavioral. All were pretty easy.

Two stages: received digital round one which was a modelling assessment in Excel about a fantasy scenario. Second stage was a power day consisting of two case interviews and a product management interview.
Interview Questions
Most difficult interview was the PM interview; I had to choose a digital service and break down its revenue and cost levers and how I would improve it. Pretty rigorous.

The first round is an online test with I think 7 math base questions. Fairly easy as its based on profit and break even. They also provide a few sample questions. Then was selected for the case interview, and again they provide a sample case interview and many can be found on their website.
Interview Questions
there was a complicated question regarding incremental costs which I was stuck on for a while. But I told the interviewer what I was looking for and how I was going about it and they even helped me see it from a different perspective.

First, there was a online assessment through CodeSignal. This was a proctored exam using the GCA format (4 questions, 70 minutes, classic CodeSignal assessment format). Then I was reached out to for a Power Day interview. This is similar to a virtual onsite and consisted of 3 rounds: technical, behavioral, and case study.

The technical interview was a review of OOP and basic programming topics. Given some input, write some code to process the data and interpret it using different data structures. No algorithms were needed past basic data structures (dictionaries, tuples, etc).

The behavioral interview was a pretty average behavioral; there were some questions about Capital One and then some questions of the form "describe a situation when..." There were also some questions about my resume.

The case study interview was a way to understand how I processed information and tackled problems. There was discussion of how to go about a certain coding project/feature, the importance of testing and how to go about testing, and them some basic math/arithmetic related to that. Then they gave some coding output and had me identify what seemed off, and then gave me the code and had me fix those errors.
