The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I had a friend that worked at CAPS Payroll. She passed along my resume for a position similar to hers, which she had started several months earlier, as a payroll clerk. I received a call from her manager who seemed very professional and we set up an interview for the following week.

The office atmosphere seemed relaxed. I felt overdressed wearing a complete suit and tie. The manager was the only one conducting the interview. He seemed a lot more laid back than I thought he would. I was not incredibly interested in the position, so it was more of an informational interview for me. I probably could have gotten the position, but I made it obvious that it was not really where I wanted to be as there were no opportunities for growth in my preferred field.
Interview Questions
Do you think that this is something you could enjoy doing? The simple answer was no, but I really didn't want to kill my chances of getting the job, since the market is terrible at the moment.
