Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The Citigroup Interview process was a two step process. The first one is a phone interview where they predominantly make sure you are a nice person to work with, and that you have basic knowledge of finance. The second round is in person in NY. It was 3 back to back interviews, each 40mins with two behavioral and one technical. The behavioral interviews were easy, they basically consisted of an informal chat, with a few brain teasers. The technical interview consisted of basic valuation and accounting questions. Overall it was a straight forward process.
