Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got a call from a recruiter regarding an opening at Citibank in the Equities Trading Technology area. I had 3 phone interviews on different days. The first one was a technical round. The second was a more general interview about my previous projects and experience. This round was with the hiring manager. The last round was with a senior manager (Director) from the same area. Following the third round, I got a call from the recruiter with details of the offer.
