Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very general "walk me through your resume," why investment banking, what can I tell you about Citi, and then questions about my level of interest and why I'm switching into banking (I have a non-traditional background). One associate asked fairly straightforward technical questions and seemed to be just going through the motions once he realized that I knew the answers. Interviewed with two associates, two directors and one MD.
