Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Online Application Form, Numerical test, 2 Phone interviews, Assessment Centre. Whole process took 3 months. Had to network before to get interviewed. Assessment Centre consisted of group exercise, presentation and 3 interviews with Directors and MDs.
Work culture of Citi is very down to earth and friendly. My advice is to know markets, have a solid answer for why Citi, Sales and Trading etc.
